ATLANTA -- Extreme Logic, an e-business solutions provider and Microsoft Partner of the Year for North America, today announced the promotion of James Franklin, as practice director for the Mid-Atlantic office located in Columbia, Maryland. James will provide leadership to grow sales in the MidAtlantic region and ensure excellence from the delivery teams. He brings a broad knowledge of the IT environment, having served in project management as well as consulting management roles.
